Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to Start a Return

Email us at: mereoni.tavakaturaga@tevalots.com — include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
